The hotel is close to Central Station. Light Rail stops are just outside the front door, so getting around is easy. I stored my bags without any charge while I explored before my late flight. Shopping, markets, and dining are all within easy walking distance. I was able to find countless options for meals near the doorstep..
I found some flies in the bathroom around the shower drain.

The room included basic amenities and comfortable bedding. I also found the room to be quiet, despite its central location. The climate control worked well to keep the space at a consistent temperature.

The hotel's proximity to public transport is really good, with direct access to various lines. Darling Harbour and Circular Quay are within walking distance of the building. It is really easy to travel and commute to any places.

The reception and bar staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to check in quickly and efficiently. The team allowed me to leave my luggage in a locked store room until check-in, very convenient.

The location proved convenient to get around.
My room was less than ideal. The air conditioner was too noisy. The ensuite wasn't very clean. I noticed mold in the grout. some broken tiles in the shower.

the shower was small water leaked onto the bathroom floor. technicians attempted a repair but it did not solve the leak i hope they fix it soon.

the location was great it was very close to central station. i could eat at the restaurant instead of searching elsewhere as i traveled alone. a kettle and a bar fridge were provided.
the bed was the worst i have ever used in a hotel the room was very warm. the ac temperature could not be adjusted below 21 degrees. the sound of the ac kept me up all night.

the location is great, it close to chinatown. my twin beds were very comfortable. i also thought all of the staff were friendly, and they helpful to.
shower pressure were poor i thought. only two small towels provided for two people. i booked, and it stated there was a smoking area but no smoking area found.
